Dr Rotzler provides psychiatric and mental health services in person and through telemedicine, to patients across the lifespan using evidence-based practices for best patient outcomes.  Dr. Rotzler achieved a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree through Chatham University in Pennsylvania and her Master of Science and Post Masters Certificate in Psychiatry at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse New York and has participated in 3 intern experiences collaborating with Columbia University alumni in Cooperstown NY.

Outside of her full-time work, Dr. Rotzler devotes her time teaching and in preceptorship for up-and-coming nurses and volunteers with AANP, ANA, and AZNA committees.  She is on the AZNA Chapter 9 Nurse Practitioner Counsel as the Legislative Chair and has been nominated by ANA to represent Arizona in the 12th Annual American Nurses Advocacy Institute Leadership program in Washington DC.

Dr. Rotzler loves to travel and has participated in several mission trips to Haiti, El Salvador, and most recently Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria and the repeated earthquakes that followed.  Dr. Rotzler is happily married with 3 children who serve our country on the Borders and abroad and has 8 grandchildren.
