
Rhonda Aragon, LCSW – Clinical Supervisor,
Rhonda has been working with families and children for the past eight years. She is a compassionate individual and is inspired to improve the lives of others.
Rhonda has been a Behavioral Health Therapist with Springer Correctional Facility providing individual therapy to incarcerated women for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. She has facilitated Residential Drug Rehabilitation, Anger Management, and Living in Balance for a group of 16 women there. She provided individual and family therapy at Kids Counseling which allowed her to learn to play therapy themes.
Rhonda has provided supervision to In-Home Clinicians with In-Home supervisor with Child Protective Services and has been in several positions with CYFD from 2014-2019. Prior to her employment with Child Protective Services, she worked at Team Builders as a Behavioral Management Specialist and Family services specialist. While with Team Builders she was able to develop skills to work with families on a variety of issues, such as parenting, communication, and conflict resolution. Those skills have continued to develop as she has worked with families at a time when they are at their worse. Her passion is to assist people in evolving and recognizing their full potential.
