Jaclyn is from Las Vegas New Mexico and graduated from West Las Vegas. “Once a Don always a Don” is our motto. Jaclyn comes from a very ethnic background, has a huge love for family and this will always come first. Jaclyn loves cooking for family and friends, which is how she shows her love and passion. Jaclyn spent 22 years in the food and beverage industry then moved on to working as a delivery driver for a large delivery company in Albuquerque. Jaclyn decided one day that she wanted to take a chance and move into the social service industry, so she took a chance and “here I am”. Jaclyn is a constant learner, and this role is no different with constant change. Jaclyn loves going into work at Krossroads and says it’s a blessing to be able to support clients in their everyday lives. “They’re always opportunities knocking at your door – it’s ok to be afraid to start something new, if you don’t try, you will definitely never succeed”.
