Krossroads recognizes that one major barrier to recovery is stable housing. Krossroads partners with Themis House, Under His Construction, Front Line Resurrection in Bernalillo County and Angels With Broken Wings in Las Cruces NM to offer gender specific transitional housing programs.
In 2024 we have housed over 250 individuals. The transitional program are set up to support treatment in a group environment and offer all clinical services that Krossroads provides in a 1-2 year program that fosters independent living, job training, education support, transportation and of course recovery.

Krossroads partners with transitional housing programs that focus on the well being and recovery that is client centered and foster recovery in gender specific, group settings in Albuquerque, Cedar Crest, Las Vegas, and Las Cruces NM.
Transitional Housing programs provide evidence-based (EV) and trauma-informed treatment using the Matrix Model (IOP), EMDR, Seeking Safety, Trauma Informed Care, Medication Management, Medically Assisted Treatment, Psychiatric Nurse Practioners, MD, RN’s, Treat First, and other EV programs. These program utilizes licensed therapists that are trained in both addiction and co-occurring mental health diagnosis. The clients enjoy a safe, healing, supportive, and structured environment. Staff and supervision are on the property 24/7. These programs’ admission range from 12- 24 month curricula. These programs also include the use of Comprehensive Community Support Services CCSS), intensive case management, Certified Peer Support Workers (CPSW) skills groups, and workforce development with a focus on fostering independent living.
