RNHi! I am Vince. I am a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with almost a decade of experience in providing high-quality patient care. I have a strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives. I previously specialized in acute/hospital care (medical/surgical/neurological/orthopedic/cardiac/stroke), home health and corrections.
My goal is to ensure the well-being and comfort of each patient I encounter, while also advocating for their needs. I constantly strive to stay updated on the latest advancements in healthcare and apply evidence-based practices in my work. I am a team player, collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care. I believe in building strong relationships with patients and their families, promoting open communication and trust.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, going to the gym, listening to and playing music, playing video games, watching movies and trying new foods. Once you get to know me, you will quickly realize I am an easy-going goofball that just wants to make you laugh. I am excited to be a part of the Krossroads team and make a difference in the lives of those I serve.
